Pharmacist - Brockton, MA

Schedule:

• Variable days and afternoon shifts

Responsibilities:

• Perform order verification to ensure accuracy and safety of medication orders
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency and compliance
• Consult with physicians and healthcare team members regarding medication therapy
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles to optimize patient treatment plans
• Utilize healthcare IT systems such as EPIC and Pyxis for medication management and documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts pharmacist license
• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy practices
• Experience with EPIC and Pyxis is preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including variable days and afternoons
