A healthcare facility within a leading hospital network is seeking a Night Shift Pharmacist to support its pharmacy operations. This critical role focuses on delivering safe and accurate medication management overnight in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications during the night shift, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide clinical pharmacy services and support patient care
• Utilize pharmacy IT systems such as EPIC and Pyxis for medication order processing and inventory management
• Monitor drug storage and maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards
• Respond to urgent medication needs and participate in medication reconciliation processes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficiency with hospital pharmacy IT systems, including EPIC and Pyxis
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration

Schedule and Location:

• Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 7 days on followed by 7 days off
• Contract duration: 13 weeks with potential extensions
• Location: Brockton, MA hospital setting
