Pharmacist in Brockton, MA

A Pharmacist opportunity is available in a rehab hospital setting located near Boston, MA. Location: Brockton, MA (near Boston)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely in a rehab hospital environment
• Utilize Epic and Pyxis systems for medication management and patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide clinical recommendations
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and hospital policies

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Massachusetts pharmacist license (Retail pharmacists and new graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Experience or familiarity with rehab hospital pharmacy operations preferred
• Proficiency in Epic and Pyxis information technology systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
