The position begins ASAP and is a contract assignment lasting 13 weeks or longer.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and ensure patient safety in a rehab hospital context
• Utilize Epic and Pyxis systems for medication management and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmaceutical care for patients
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license is required
• Open to retail pharmacists and new graduates interested in hospital pharmacy practice
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records and Pyxis automated dispensing systems is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
