This opportunity is for two Pharmacists to support inpatient care at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and rehabilitation facility in Broken Arrow, OK. The role requires a licensed Pharmacist with hospital experience who can provide expert pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting. This position offers an immediate start and the potential for contract-to-hire after a 13-week assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
- Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
- Utilize pharmacokinetics knowledge to monitor drug therapy and optimize patient outcomes
- Support clinical pharmacy services within the LTAC/Rehab environment
Qualifications:
- Current Oklahoma Pharmacist license is required
- Previous hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical and operational pharmacy best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
