Pharmacist | Brooklyn, New York

A 13-week contract opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care at a 100-bed community hospital located in the northern suburbs of NYC. This role requires working variable days and afternoon shifts, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order verification ensuring accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee daily operations
• Provide consultative support to physicians regarding medication therapies
• Conduct pharmacokinetic monitoring and dose adjustments as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current New York State Pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Positive attitude and a commitment to patient care excellence
