Schedule:

• Variable days and afternoons to meet patient care needs

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, maintaining smooth operational workflows
• Consult with physicians to optimize pharmacotherapy plans
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles in patient care to tailor medication dosing

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid New York State Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
