Schedule:

• 7 days on, 7 days off
• Shifts of 10 to 12 hours
• Weekdays: 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Weekends: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order verification ensuring accuracy and safety
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to optimize workflow
• Consulting with physicians and nurses on medication management
• Managing pharmacokinetics assessments to improve patient outcomes
• Utilizing MedHost EMR effectively for documentation and communication

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a valid Arizona pharmacist license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience essential
• IV certification with hands-on experience in sterile compounding and IV medication administration
