Retail Pharmacist | Bushkill, Pennsylvania

This opportunity is for a full-time Pharmacist position located in Dingmans Ferry, PA within a retail pharmacy setting. This direct hire role offers a dynamic environment where you will lead pharmacy operations and deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store operations teams to drive associate engagement and communicate pharmacy and company strategies.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance through thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and quality assurance per state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, optimize profitability, and support script growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Align performance objectives with key department metrics to enhance pharmacy effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing medical inquiries, counseling patients, and resolving complaints to build trust and loyalty.
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff, ensuring appropriate discipline, development, and adherence to pharmacy security protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy and prioritize department tasks including inventory management, cycle counts, and will-calls.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree required.
• Active Pharmacist License in Pennsylvania.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
• Experience in retail pharmacy with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and inventory management.

Schedule:

• Variable day and afternoon shifts.
• Approximately 69 hours bi-weekly.
