Location:

  • Lawton, Oklahoma

Duration:

  • 1-year contract with up to four 1-year extension options

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in alignment with clinic protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy for diabetes management
  • Provide patient counseling and education to promote adherence and health literacy
  • Maintain comprehensive pharmacy records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the diabetes pharmacy clinics

Desired Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pharmacist with the ability to practice in Oklahoma (any state license accepted due to federal healthcare setting)
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably with exposure to chronic disease management such as diabetes
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate and culturally competent care
