Per Diem Pharmacist - Cactus, Texas

A rewarding opportunity awaits for a licensed pharmacist to contribute to a rural community health center pharmacy. This role focuses on delivering exceptional pharmacy care to a patient base primarily aged 50 and older. Serving an average of 120-130 prescriptions daily using the Liberty system, you will work alongside two dedicated pharmacy technicians in a supportive environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• 1st Shift
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety
• Provide thorough patient counseling tailored to the needs of older adults
• Oversee and manage pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operations

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear Texas pharmacist license
• Experience in community health or retail pharmacy settings preferred
