An opportunity is available for an Oncology Pharmacist to support a community health system in El Centro, CA. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with nurses and providers to optimize medication therapy for oncology patients in a smaller, patient-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage oncology medication therapies to ensure safety and efficacy

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active California pharmacist license (required)
• Solid experience in oncology pharmacy practice
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) credential preferred
