Pharmacist - Camarillo, CA

A full-time Pharmacist opportunity is available at a respected 300-bed hospital in Ventura County, part of the LA metro area. This role offers night shifts, working 7 days on followed by 7 days off, with hours from approximately 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and oversee the pharmacy operations during night shifts.
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management and patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacist license.
• Experience working with Cerner and Omnicell systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is advantageous.
