Location: • Ventura County, CA, with assignments primarily at the main medical center pharmacy

Schedule: • Full-time schedule with 8- and 10-hour shifts • Mainly four 10-hour shifts per week • Variable shifts including swing shifts, some weekends, and occasional holidays

Responsibilities: • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently for inpatient care • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy • Monitor patient responses and provide drug information as needed • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements • Utilize electronic health records and pharmacy systems, with training provided for Cerner if needed

Qualifications/Desired Experience: • Valid California Pharmacist license • Experience working in a hospital or inpatient pharmacy setting • Familiarity with Cerner preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided • Strong communication skills and ability to work flexible shifts
