A night shift opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacist to support patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with established protocols.
• Review and verify healthcare provider orders for safety, dosage, and interactions.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize medication therapy for patients.
• Maintain proper documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Provide medication counseling and support to nursing staff during night hours.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate drug supply levels are maintained.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current, unrestricted license to practice.
• Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and patient safety.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and pharmacy management systems is a plus.
