Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow and compliance
• Consult with physicians on medication management and therapy optimization
• Utilize pharmacokinetic principles to provide specialized patient care
• Operate pharmacy systems including EPIC and Pyxis for medication dispensing and documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts pharmacist license required
• Strong knowledge of medication therapy and hospital pharmacy operations
• Experience working with EPIC and Pyxis systems is highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with healthcare professionals
