Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and verify orders during overnight hours
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems to manage medication inventories and patient profiles effectively
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective pharmaceutical care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives related to pharmacy operations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts pharmacist license is mandatory
• Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis automated dispensing systems is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform independently during night shifts
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with healthcare teams overnight

Schedule and Commitment:

• Night shift hours: 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Work seven days on followed by seven days off
• Contract duration: 13 weeks with possibility of extension
• Immediate start preferred
