Location: Cambridge, MA
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently within the rehab hospital setting
• Utilize IT systems such as Epic and Pyxis to manage medication orders and inventory
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal medication therapy management
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Provide medication counseling and support to patients and healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts licensed pharmacist required
• New graduates and retail pharmacists encouraged to apply
• Proficiency with Epic and Pyxis systems is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
