Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and verify prescriptions in accordance with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy for rehab patients
• Monitor patient responses to medications and provide counseling as needed
• Utilize electronic systems including Epic and Pyxis for medication management and documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license preferred; retail pharmacists and new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience or familiarity with hospital pharmacy practices, particularly in a rehab setting, is highly valued
• Proficiency with Epic and Pyxis systems or willingness to learn quickly
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
