Location: Boston, MA (Rehab Hospital)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in a rehab hospital environment
• Utilize IT systems including Epic and Pyxis for medication management and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmaceutical care and patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current Massachusetts pharmacist license preferred
• New pharmacy graduates, especially those with retail experience, are encouraged to apply
