This pharmacist opportunity offers engagement at a main campus and multiple satellite clinics, delivering comprehensive medication management services to a diverse patient population spanning neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric care. Responsibilities include working rotational shifts covering days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure consistent pharmacy services. Career progression is supported through tiered levels from Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist, with advanced roles overseeing clinical services, specialized pharmacy clinics, and program development to maintain the highest quality of care. Administrative duties at the clinic level include managing operations and supervising pharmacy staff including pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and billers.

This position utilizes the Allscripts EMR system and requires immediate availability for a 13-week engagement based in a culturally rich community in Northwestern Arizona. The environment serves a broad area including multiple Native American tribes, with a hospital equipped to provide diverse inpatient and outpatient specialty services.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
• Valid, unrestricted pharmacy license in any U.S. state, territory, or District of Columbia
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Pharmacist
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
• Successful fingerprinting clearance prior to start
