Located near York, PA, the role involves supporting a busy inpatient pharmacy team through various critical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct order verification to ensure accurate medication dispensing
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, maintaining workflow and compliance
• Consult with physicians regarding medication management and patient care
• Perform pharmacokinetics assessments to optimize drug therapy
• Utilize IT systems including EPIC and Pyxis for pharmacy operations

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license is required
• Approximately 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy practices and clinical skills
• Proficiency with EPIC and Pyxis systems advantageous
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
