A 13-week contract opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist to provide essential medication management services within a large 500-bed hospital setting. This role offers a variable days/afternoon schedule with an immediate start.

Responsibilities include order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, collaborating with physicians to optimize patient care, and applying pharmacokinetic principles to individualize treatment plans.
