This contract role offers a consistent schedule of 7 nights on followed by 7 nights off, working from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The position utilizes the Cerner EMR system to manage patient care and medication orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order verification to ensure accuracy and safety
- Supervising pharmacy technicians during night shifts
- Collaborating and consulting with physicians and nursing staff
- Providing pharmacokinetics guidance and support
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Arizona pharmacist license required
- Experience working in hospital pharmacy preferred
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR system is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Schedule:
- 7 nights on, 7 nights off
