A healthcare facility is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care within an inpatient hospital setting. This travel position offers a structured night shift schedule and demands a patient-centered approach to medication management, ensuring safety and efficacy for all patients under your care.
Location: Canal Winchester, OH (Travel Position)
Schedule:
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 7 nights on, 7 nights off (Thursday night to Wednesday night)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately review, interpret, and dispense medication orders while ensuring compliance with established policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage patients’ medication therapy to optimize therapeutic outcomes, tailored to individual patient needs and age.
- Communicate critical drug information effectively to patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Participate actively in managing medical emergencies by providing timely drug information and ensuring medication availability.
- Oversee daily pharmacy technician activities, balancing efficiency and patient care priorities.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing.
