Responsibilities:

• Perform order verification to ensure accurate medication dispensing
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and compliance
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to provide expert pharmaceutical consultation
• Manage inpatient medication dispensing and administration oversight
• Utilize Cerner pharmacy information systems efficiently for documentation and order processing

Qualifications:

• Valid California Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Full-time availability to cover the schedule needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work within budget constraints while maintaining high-quality patient care
