Schedule: Two-week rotating schedule with some flexibility based on candidate availability and pharmacy needs.

• Week 1: Sunday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM; Tuesday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (24 hours)
• Week 2: Tuesday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (17 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Provide patient counseling and address medication-related questions
• Oversee pharmacy workflow, including supervision of pharmacy technicians
• Ensure strict compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service within a retail pharmacy environment

Qualifications:

• Active Nebraska Pharmacist license in good standing
• Recent experience in retail pharmacy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel patients and work within the team
• Ability to work independently and manage pharmacy operations efficiently
• Flexibility to adapt schedule as needed
• Experience with McKesson Enterprise system preferred but not required
