A contract opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a clinical setting near Cass City, MI. This role involves supporting specialized patient services with a focus on anticoagulation management and oncology compounding.

Schedule & Location:

• Monday to Friday, day shifts
• Immediate start
• 13-week assignment in Cass City, MI

Responsibilities:

• Manage anticoagulation clinic patients, averaging 4-6 per day, ensuring safe and effective therapy
• Perform all oncology IV compounding independently, adhering to strict protocols and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize inpatient medication therapy
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacist experience
• Proficiency in oncology compounding and anticoagulation therapy management
