Pharmacist - Cass Lake, Minnesota

A specialty pharmacy is seeking an experienced pharmacist for a contract opportunity from June through September. This role provides essential pharmacy services in a dynamic environment focused on long-term care and retail pharmacy operations.

Location: Walker, MN
Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform duties associated with long-term care and retail pharmacy settings
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications in compliance with all regulations
• Provide patient counseling and support, including medication therapy management
• Administer immunizations to patients as certified
• Maintain proper documentation and medication records in specialty pharmacy operations

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD degree or equivalent
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification essential
• Experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations in both retail and long-term care settings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
