A Specialty Pharmacy in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Pharmacist to support long-term care operations for a 13+ week contract. This role is an excellent opportunity to apply your pharmacy expertise in a dynamic setting focused on specialized patient care.

Location:

• Bemidji, MN
• 2000 Paul Bunyan Dr NW, Bemidji, MN 56601

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some weekend shifts required

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive pharmacy services specific to long-term care patients
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes
• Provide immunizations and patient counseling to improve public health
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with quality standards

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• PharmD degree required
• Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• MTM (Medication Therapy Management) Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
