Pharmacist - Cass Lake, Minnesota

A specialty pharmacy in Bemidji, MN, seeks a pharmacist to support long-term care operations in a contract role lasting 13+ weeks. Location: Bemidji, MN
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Some weekends

Responsibilities:

• Perform long-term care pharmacist duties with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage medication therapy and ensure proper dispensing in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide immunizations and maintain necessary certifications

Desired Qualifications:

• Pharmacist with a PharmD degree or MTM certification
• Current Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• Experience in specialty pharmacy or long-term care settings preferred
