Pharmacist | Cass Lake, Minnesota

A specialty pharmacy is seeking an experienced pharmacist for a contract role lasting 13+ weeks. This position is based in Bemidji, MN, with a focus on long-term care pharmacy duties.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some weekends required

Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations within a specialty pharmacy setting
• Provide long-term care pharmacist services, ensuring accurate medication dispensing and patient safety
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy management
• Support immunization efforts and patient counseling as needed

Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or current MTM certification
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care pharmacy highly desirable
