Pharmacist in Chandler, AZ

An Arizona Licensed Pharmacist is needed to support a compounding lab in Chandler, AZ. This full-time contract-to-hire position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a specialized pharmacy environment, with training provided in non-sterile compounding. Location

• Chandler, AZ (1680 E Northrop Blvd)

Schedule

• Full Time, 40 hours per week
• Shifts based on business needs
• Closers: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (set shift)

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily operations
• Verify prescriptions and oversee the compounding process
• Ensure compliance with USP standards and Board of Pharmacy regulations

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing, with no disciplinary history
• Strong general pharmacy background
• Flexible availability to meet scheduling needs
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
• Prior compounding experience is not necessary; full training provided in non-sterile compounding
