Pharmacist in Chandler, AZ

An Arizona Licensed Pharmacist is needed to support a compounding lab in Chandler, AZ. This contract-to-hire role offers an opportunity to gain experience in non-sterile compounding, with training provided. Upon conversion to permanent status, benefits, 401k, and paid time off will be available.

Schedule
• Full Time, 40 hours/week
• Shifts based on business needs
• Closers: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM (set shift)

Responsibilities
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Verify prescriptions and oversee the compounding process
• Maintain compliance with USP standards and Board of Pharmacy regulations

Qualifications
• Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing, with no disciplinary history
• Strong background in pharmacy practice
• Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed
• Willingness to pursue additional state licenses if required
