Pharmacist - Chandler, Arizona

A licensed Arizona pharmacist is needed to support a compounding laboratory in a contract-to-hire role with potential for permanent employment. Location: • Chandler, AZ (1680 E Northrop Blvd)

Schedule: • Full-time, 40 hours per week • Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (set shift, closers) • Shifts may vary depending on business needs

Responsibilities: • Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in daily operations • Verify prescriptions and oversee all compounding activities • Ensure strict compliance with USP standards and state Board of Pharmacy regulations

Qualifications: • Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing with no disciplinary history • Strong background in pharmacy practice • Flexibility to work the assigned closing shift and adjust schedule as needed • Willingness to pursue additional state pharmacy licenses if required • No prior compounding experience necessary; training for non-sterile compounding will be provided
