This per diem opportunity offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM on select dates, ideal for pharmacists looking to contribute in a supportive environment while maintaining flexible availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify prescriptions accurately to ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with nursing and pharmacy technicians to manage medication orders
- Utilize Point Click Care computer system for effective documentation and communication
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active and clear Virginia pharmacist license
- Minimum of 1 year recent pharmacy experience, preferably in long-term care or nursing home settings
- Familiarity with Point Click Care or similar pharmacy software systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident care quality

- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
