Per Diem Pharmacist Opportunity – Mail Order and Compounding

An independent compounding pharmacy is seeking a reliable per diem pharmacist to provide ongoing vacation coverage. This role involves overseeing pharmacy operations in a busy setting that processes approximately 1,000 compounds daily.

Location: Chattanooga, TN
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
Closed on weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of five pharmacy technicians managing data entry, prescription fills, and customer communications
• Address inquiries and resolve issues as they arise
• Oversee the mail order eye drop department, responsible for shipping three versions of post-cataract surgery eye drops

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Tennessee, in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years pharmacist experience
• Mail order pharmacy experience is an advantage but not required
