A clinical Pharmacist role is available at a specialty hospital focusing on long-term acute care and rehabilitation in Oklahoma. This contract position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in an inpatient setting supporting patient care and medication management.

Schedule:
- Day shifts
- 8-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy technicians
- Consult with physicians and healthcare team members regarding pharmacotherapy and medication-related issues
- Ensure medication safety and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Participate in rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Valid Oklahoma Pharmacist license
- Experience working in a hospital or inpatient setting, preferably in LTAC or rehab
- Strong knowledge of medication therapies, drug interactions, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with clinical staff and patients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
