An opportunity is available for a Per Diem Pharmacist in Chicago, IL, to support patient care with expertise and excellent customer service. This role offers flexibility with scheduled dates allowing you to contribute your skills on select Fridays.

Schedule:

• Friday, May 22, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday, June 5, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners.
• Provide clear and detailed information to patients regarding medication use, side effects, and safety.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and proper medication management.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Pharmacist License is required.
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and dedication to patient care.
