Pharmacist - Cibolo, Texas

Join a dynamic hospital pharmacy team supporting patient care through expert medication management and clinical practice. This pharmacist role is based in Cibolo, TX, offering a 13-week contract opportunity with a start date as soon as possible.

Schedule/Hours:

• Rotating shifts: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems effectively for medication management
• Prepare and mix sterile compounds, requiring IV certification
• Monitor and adjust pharmacokinetics for optimized patient therapy
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe and accurate medication use

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas pharmacist license
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience
• IV certification and competency in sterile compounding
• Comfortable working with pharmacokinetic monitoring and dose adjustments
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (please include with application)
