A hospital pharmacy role is available in Cibolo, TX, offering a rewarding opportunity for licensed pharmacists with hospital experience. This contract position requires a dedicated professional ready to start promptly and commit to a 13-week assignment with potential for extension.

Schedule/Hours:

• Rotating shifts including 07:30-16:00, 08:00-16:30, and 14:00-22:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems efficiently for medication management
• Prepare and mix sterile compounds, maintaining strict adherence to IV certification protocols
• Monitor and adjust pharmacokinetics to optimize patient care outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective pharmacotherapy

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas pharmacist license
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• IV certification required with capability to prepare sterile products
• Competence with EPIC electronic health record and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be included with application materials
