Pharmacist in Cicero, IL

A fulfillment/mail order pharmacy serving top-tier clients such as Express Scripts, Optum, and CVS Caremark is seeking a dual-licensed pharmacist to join their team on site. This role requires licensure in both Illinois and Nevada, due to the unique combination of on-site and remote responsibilities. Location: On-site in Schaumburg, IL, with some remote work from Nevada license eligibility.

Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday operations from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Pharmacist will work Saturdays as part of a 6-7 week rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify prescriptions accurately to ensure patient safety and compliance
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow and meet volume demands
• Perform remote prescription processing tasks requiring Nevada licensure
• Collaborate effectively with a team that values communication and shared growth

Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist licenses in both Illinois and Nevada (required)
• Experience working in a fulfillment or mail order pharmacy environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to supervise and motivate pharmacy technicians to deliver quality service
• Flexibility to work Saturdays per rotation schedule
