A fulfillment and mail order pharmacy is seeking a dual-licensed pharmacist to support their operations both on-site and remotely. This position requires current pharmacist licenses for both Illinois and Nevada. The pharmacy serves major clients including Express Scripts, Optum, and CVS Caremark, alongside a direct-to-patient service.
Responsibilities include processing prescription orders, verifying accuracy, and supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow during on-site shifts. Remote duties focus primarily on processing prescriptions. The site operates Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the pharmacist working Saturdays on a rotation every 6 to 7 weeks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active pharmacist licenses in both Illinois and Nevada (required for on-site work)
- Experience in fulfillment and mail order pharmacy settings preferred
- Ability to supervise pharmacy technicians and manage workflow volume
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing prescriptions
- Comfortable working both on-site and remotely, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday shifts included on a 6-7 week rotation
