Pharmacist in Clearbrook, MN

A retail/community pharmacy opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in Bagley, MN, offering a well-rounded role that combines retail responsibilities with long-term care services. This position is a contract role with a duration of 13+ weeks, providing 40 hours per week with a Monday through Friday schedule and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in a retail setting and manage long-term care pharmacy duties.
• Provide personalized patient counseling and support medication therapy management.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
• Administer immunizations as certified and maintain compliance with safety protocols.
• Perform other pharmacy-related tasks as needed within the community pharmacy environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Must hold a valid Minnesota Pharmacist License.
• Immunization Certification and CPR Certification are required.
• PharmD degree preferred, with additional Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification considered a strong asset.
• Experience in both retail and long-term care pharmacy settings is ideal.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Rotating weekends included.
