Per Diem Pharmacist | Cleveland, Tennessee

A Per Diem Pharmacist opportunity is available to provide vacation coverage at an independent compounding pharmacy known for processing approximately 1,000 compounds daily. This position will involve working in a mail order pharmacy setting with ongoing needs beyond initial coverage from May 27-29. The location is in the Chattanooga, TN area, with some duties connected to the Cleveland, TN region.

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
• Saturdays and Sundays closed

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of five pharmacy technicians responsible for data entry, filling prescriptions, and managing phone inquiries
• Address and resolve pharmacist-level questions and concerns as they arise
• Oversee the mail order eye drop department, shipping out three varieties of post-cataract surgery eye drops

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Tennessee Pharmacist License in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional pharmacy experience
• Prior mail order pharmacy experience preferred but not required
