An established retail pharmacy is seeking a knowledgeable Pharmacist to manage medium to high volume prescription workflows. This contract position offers an opportunity to apply your retail pharmacy expertise in a dynamic setting, with a chance to extend beyond the initial assignment.

Location:

• Clovis, CA

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily prescription processing in a busy retail pharmacy environment
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with all pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other team members to provide excellent patient care
• Utilize Rx30 software effectively for prescription management and documentation
• Maintain patient counseling and education to promote medication adherence

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months retail pharmacy experience required
• Proven ability to manage medium to high prescription volume efficiently
• Proficiency in Rx30 pharmacy management software preferred
• Strong communication skills; Spanish-speaking ability highly desirable to enhance patient interaction, though pharmacy technicians support Spanish communication
