Pharmacist in Clovis, CA

An experienced retail pharmacist opportunity is available for a contract role starting the last week of August for approximately 13 weeks, with potential to extend. This position is based in Clovis, CA, and requires managing a medium to high volume of prescriptions.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations in a retail setting
• Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions
• Utilize Rx30 software for prescription processing and record keeping
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Provide excellent patient care and counseling

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail pharmacy practice
• Proficient in handling medium to high prescription volume
• Experience with Rx30 pharmacy software
• Spanish-speaking ability is strongly preferred but not required; pharmacy technicians are Spanish-speaking to support communication
