Pharmacist | Coatesville, Pennsylvania

This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a licensed pharmacist to lead and support pharmacy operations in a busy setting. The successful candidate will oversee fulfillment personnel, ensuring the smooth flow of prescription order processing and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy fulfillment personnel and manage shift operations effectively.
• Assist with shipping and handling of prescription orders as necessary.
• Ensure accurate processing of prescription orders aligned with prescriber and patient requirements.
• Maintain strict adherence to proper dispensing techniques, documentation, and pharmaceutical laws.
• Evaluate patient demographics and medication histories to provide thorough care.
• Develop and implement patient care and therapeutic plans, monitoring outcomes closely.
• Educate and counsel patients on prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, and nutritional supplements.
• Monitor drug therapy for appropriateness, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplication.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a thorough understanding of pharmacy regulations and patient care best practices.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
