A direct hire opportunity is available for an Infusion/Clinical Pharmacist located in the Bartlett/Memphis area, with a work schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This role requires participation in an on-call rotation, typically involving fewer than five after-hours calls per week. The position offers a salary range of $130,000 to $140,000 annually, with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities include preparing specialty pharmaceuticals and IV solutions in a sterile environment, adhering to state and federal regulations. The pharmacist will monitor patient lab values, calculate pharmacokinetic dosing (such as for vancomycin), and adjust Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) treatments. Providing comprehensive counseling and education to patients and caregivers on infusion pumps, sterile techniques, and catheter maintenance at home is essential.
