Pharmacist (Per Diem) – Retail Outpatient Clinics – Baltimore Area

This per diem opportunity offers experienced pharmacists the chance to support multiple Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) outpatient pharmacies across Baltimore. The position requires flexibility to float among five clinic locations, providing essential pharmacy services in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Locations include:

• Highlandtown
• Belair
• St. Agnes
• Rosedale
• Yard 56

Schedule:

• 1-2 days per week, day shifts
• Monday through Saturday operations
• Start/Orientation: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive outpatient pharmacy duties including dispensing and verifying medications
• Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide patient counseling to promote safe and effective medication use
• Administer vaccines and immunizations as part of patient care services
• Utilize ScriptPro pharmacy software (training available)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience with the ability to thrive in high-volume settings
• Strong knowledge of outpatient pharmacy operations; familiarity with 340B program highly preferred
• Spanish language skills are a strong advantage to better serve diverse patient populations
• Ability and willingness to float between multiple clinic sites in the Baltimore area
