An opportunity is available for a pharmacist to work in a leading 359-bed teaching hospital recognized as a Level 1 Trauma Center with a Level 4 NICU. This facility is one of the top pediatric medical providers in the U.S., offering a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with advanced technology and progressive care practices.

Position Details:

• Role: Inpatient Night Pharmacist
• Schedule: Night shifts Thursday through Saturday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and Sunday through Wednesday from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM; weekend option available Friday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
• Rotation: 7 days on/7 days off starting Thursday night, with weekend options every Friday to Sunday
• Call: No call responsibilities
• Employment Type: Direct hire or contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient setting
• Manage and dispense intravenous medications; must have at least 2 years of IV experience or IV certification
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Support trauma and pediatric patients in a Level 1 Trauma and Level 4 NICU teaching hospital
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist (RPH) with valid credentials
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience, including intravenous medication preparation or certification
• Ability to pass a nicotine screening test (nicotine negative required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills suited to a high-acuity hospital environment
