Join a leading Level 1 Trauma teaching hospital with a 359-bed capacity and a top-tier pediatric medical program. This facility offers a progressive, fast-paced work environment where teamwork and advanced care drive success. The inpatient pharmacy team is seeking a skilled pharmacist to support night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive pharmacy services for inpatient care within a trauma and teaching hospital setting.
  • Ensure safe and effective medication management, including intravenous (IV) therapy.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Work within a team-based culture supporting trauma, pediatric, and neonatal intensive care units.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) with inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of IV experience or IV certification is mandatory.
  • Ability to pass nicotine testing.
  • Comfortable working rotating night shifts without on-call duties.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Shift Hours and Schedule:

  • Night Shift rotation on a 7 days on/7 days off schedule starting Thursday night.
  • Night shifts: Thursday-Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; Sunday-Wednesday, 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Weekend option available: Friday-Sunday, 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM.

Location:

  • Based in Conway, Arkansas.
