A retail pharmacy role is available for a licensed Pharmacist to lead operations in a busy store setting in Dingmans Ferry, PA. This direct hire position offers a full-time schedule with variable day and afternoon shifts, averaging 69 hours biweekly.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a strong partnership with store operations to engage associates and communicate pharmacy strategies. You will ensure prescription safety and accuracy through thorough Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance measures in compliance with state and federal regulations. Managing the pharmacy department to drive profitability and script growth is central, involving clinical program implementation such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).

Additional duties involve collaborating with pharmacy leadership on inventory control, aligning performance objectives with measurable department metrics, and delivering excellent customer service including healthcare counseling. You will supervise and develop pharmacy staff through training, coaching, and discipline, while maintaining security and resolving customer questions and complaints. Interaction with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve issues is also required. Organizing pharmacy tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-calls ensures efficient daily operations.

Qualifications and experience include:
