Per Diem Pharmacist in Cypress, TX

This Per Diem pharmacist position offers an opportunity to provide professional pharmacy services in a dynamic setting in Cypress, TX. Working under the direct supervision of the pharmacy manager, this role is essential to ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications while delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely to all customers.
• Counsel and advise patients regarding their medications and treatment regimens.
• Address and resolve patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints following established policies.
• Maintain stock levels, including controlled drug records and inventories.
• Clarify and resolve issues related to third-party coverage and patient medication problems.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in retail pharmacy or within a 340B pharmacy program.
• Strong communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail in inventory management and regulatory compliance.

Schedule:

• 1st shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Per Diem, providing flexibility in staffing needs.
