A pharmacy professional is needed to provide per diem support in a retail and long-term care pharmacy environment. This role involves handling medication verification and immunization administration, supported by pharmacy technicians and register staff.

Location:

• Dallas, TX area (Fort Worth, Texas focus)
• Per Diem schedule
• Specific dates and hours:
  • June 13: 7:45 AM – 6:15 PM
  • June 18: 2:00 PM – 7:15 PM
  • June 19: 2:00 PM – 7:15 PM

Responsibilities:

• Verify 150-200 prescriptions each day, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pharmacy standards
• Administer immunizations efficiently and safely
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and register personnel to maintain smooth pharmacy operations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Texas Pharmacist (TX RPh) license
• Immunization certification required
• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting essential
• Familiarity with Computer Rx system or similar pharmacy software preferred
