Support patient care by providing pharmacy services in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) setting with 340B pharmacy management. This per diem role involves working at a managed pharmacy site in Brunswick, GA, where you will play a key role in ensuring safe and effective medication dispensing as well as supervising pharmacy technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pharmacy technicians, overseeing opening and closing procedures of the pharmacy.
  • Dispense medications accurately and provide patient counseling as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy.
  • Utilize Datascan by WinPharm system for pharmacy operations.
  • Follow all regulatory and compliance requirements related to 340B pharmacy programs.

Qualifications:

  • Valid pharmacist license in Georgia is required.
  • Experience in retail or community pharmacy environments.
  • Previous supervisory experience managing pharmacy technicians.
  • Prior 340B program experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Schedule:

  • Monday, June 22: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 24: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 25: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Friday, June 26: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Monday, June 29: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
