Pharmacist - Davis, CA

This full-time Pharmacist position is available at a 50-bed rehabilitation hospital in the Sacramento area. The role is a contract opportunity for approximately 13 weeks with potential to transition to a permanent position (temp-to-hire). The start date is expected within 2 to 3 weeks.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety
• Supervising pharmacy technicians and supporting staff
• Managing pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient care

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid California Pharmacist license
• Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably rehab or acute care
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
