Pharmacist | Debary, Florida

A growing specialty compounding pharmacy in DeBary, FL, is seeking a part-time compounding pharmacist to support their expanding business. This role focuses on weight loss and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a dedicated team.

Schedule:

• 1-2 days per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Pharmacy hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and verification processes with precision
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure patient safety and quality
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with pharmacy staff
• Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Contribute to the growth and success of the pharmacy

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Florida pharmacist license
• Experience in compounding pharmacy practices
• Knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy is preferred but not required
• Open to motivated and eager new graduates interested in specialty compounding
