A full-time pharmacist position is available for a contract assignment lasting approximately two months. This role is based on-site in Lawrenceville, GA, providing critical support to help clear a backlog of pharmacy orders. The successful candidate will primarily focus on order verification and dispensing to maintain smooth pharmacy operations.

Schedule:

• Initial training with current pharmacists, approximately 15 hours total, spread across several shifts between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Following training, 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling available at any time within a 24/7 window.
• Opportunity to work additional hours beyond 40 per week if desired.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently.
• Dispense medications in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team members to address backlog and streamline workflow.

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia pharmacist license is required.
• Maryland pharmacist license is preferred but not necessary.
